Enquiries are not confirmations

Sending a WhatsApp message does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A tour is confirmed only when our team has sent the final itinerary, price, inclusions and confirmation directly to you.

Prices and inclusions

Displayed amounts are starting prices. Entrance tickets, activities, meals, distant-area pickup, overtime or services not expressly included may be quoted separately before confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Changes remain subject to availability. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the final tour arrangement, notice period and any unrecoverable supplier costs disclosed before confirmation.

Guest responsibility

Guests should provide accurate dates, participant numbers, pickup information and relevant health or mobility requirements. Allow sufficient time for Bali traffic, weather and harbour conditions.

Operational conditions

Routes, crossings and timings may change because of traffic, weather, safety restrictions, religious ceremonies, supplier changes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
